Overview

This Privacy Policy describes how Dioartis Grup SRL processes personal data when you use the corporate website Dioartis.com. It reflects the site as implemented on 19 August 2026.

Product websites operated by Dioartis (for example CheckDomainHealth, WebFundament, iHoster24, getamevia.com) may have additional product-specific notices. Those notices apply to those products; this page covers Dioartis.com.

Data we process on Dioartis.com

Email correspondence

Contact on Dioartis.com uses mailto: links to hello@dioartis.com. There is no server-side contact form on this website. When you email us, we process the content of your message and the metadata your mail system sends (typically your email address, name if included, and message body).

Amevia chat

If you use the chat widget, we process the messages you send, technical chat session identifiers needed to deliver replies, and related operational logs on Amevia systems. See Amevia chat.

Web server logs

Apache (or the reverse proxy in front of it) records request logs that include IP address, user agent, requested URL, timestamp, HTTP status, and security-related signals (for example failed requests or firewall events). These logs are used to operate and secure the website.

What we do not collect on this site today

• No analytics cookies or marketing cookies on Dioartis.com.
• No Google Fonts requests (fonts are self-hosted).
• No account registration on Dioartis.com.

Purposes and legal bases

• Responding to email and chat inquiries — performance of steps at your request / legitimate interest in operating a company contact channel (Law 195/2024 equivalents as applicable).
• Operating and securing Dioartis.com — legitimate interest in keeping the site available and protecting it against abuse; legal obligation where security logging is required.
• Optional analytics — not active on Dioartis.com. If enabled later, consent will be required where the law requires it. Visiting the site is not analytics consent.

Amevia chat

Amevia is a product of Dioartis Grup SRL (same legal entity), offered publicly at getamevia.com. On Dioartis.com the widget loads with optional features disabled:

• analytics: false
• personalization: false
• authenticatedIdentity: false
• resumeConversation: false

After you start a conversation, the widget may store amevia_sid_<agentId> in sessionStorage for the active tab session. Chat transcripts are not written to localStorage under this configuration. Details: Cookie & Storage Policy.

A short notice appears in the chat UI before you send a message. There is no mandatory checkbox. Conversation content is not used for marketing without a separate consent.

Recipients

Personal data on Dioartis.com is processed by Dioartis Grup SRL personnel who need access to answer inquiries or operate infrastructure.

Amevia chat traffic is processed on Amevia infrastructure operated by the same company. If Amevia uses additional infrastructure or model providers for chat backend processing, those recipients are documented for Amevia customers; Dioartis will not invent vendor lists here. Confirm live subprocessors before expanding this section (see REQUIRED_LEGAL_INPUTS.md).

Hosting and mail infrastructure for Dioartis.com may process IP addresses and email as described in this policy.

We do not sell personal data.

International transfers

Dioartis Grup SRL is established in the Republic of Moldova. Processing for Dioartis.com primarily occurs in connection with systems used to host the site and Amevia. Exact server countries/regions for production hosts and any non-Moldovan providers must be confirmed by the operator before publication beyond this statement (see REQUIRED_LEGAL_INPUTS.md). Where a transfer outside Moldova occurs, Dioartis will apply a lawful transfer mechanism required by Law 195/2024.

Retention

• Email inquiries: retained as business correspondence for up to 36 months after the last meaningful reply, unless a longer period is required for legal claims or accounting.
• Amevia chat conversations initiated from Dioartis.com: retained according to the Amevia agent retention setting for that agent, and at most 24 months unless a longer period is required for security investigations or legal claims.
• Apache / web access logs: retained for up to 90 days, then deleted or anonymised, unless needed longer for an active security incident.
• Firewall / abuse blocks: retained as needed for security, typically up to 12 months.

Your rights

Subject to Law 195/2024, you may request:

• access
• rectification
• erasure
• restriction of processing
• objection
• portability, where applicable

Send requests to privacy@dioartis.com. We respond within one month of receiving a verifiable request. We may ask for information needed to verify your identity.

AI processing

Chat replies may be generated or assisted by automated systems operated through Amevia. Outputs are informational for website visitors. Dioartis does not make legal decisions producing legal effects solely by automated means based on Dioartis.com chat.

Children

Dioartis.com is a company website and is not directed to children. Where processing would rely on consent, Dioartis does not rely on consent from children under 14 years of age.

Security

Dioartis applies HTTPS, host firewalling, access controls for administrative systems, and least-privilege access for staff. No online service is perfectly secure; report suspected security incidents or abuse to abuse@dioartis.com.

Complaints

You may lodge a complaint with the National Center for Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Moldova (CNPDCP). Prefer contacting Dioartis first so we can address the issue.

Changes

When this policy changes, Dioartis updates this page and the version / last-updated fields above.
